M

Mark

The Non-Technical Vibe Coder

From terminal-shy to citizen developer in three weeks

A dedicated employee at a traditional business with zero coding background. Handed enterprise seats for Claude Code and told to build stuff that saves time. Describes what he wants in everyday business language and lets the AI build it.

A

Alex

The AI Systems Builder

Local-first, agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration

A power user who treats LLMs as core execution units, integrating them into local terminal workflows, custom orchestration harnesses, and multi-tool dev pipelines. Builds from scratch, runs local models, and needs full control.

S

Sam

The Aspiring AI Builder

From ChatGPT prompts to building real working utilities

A curious professional who sees the potential of AI but is standing at the threshold. Wants to move past basic chat queries and start automating tasks, writing scripts, and organizing projects without getting overwhelmed.

M

Marcus

The Enterprise AI Systems Architect

Multi-tenant governance, compliance, and production infrastructure

A senior systems architect who designs and deploys scaled, multi-agent enterprise infrastructure. Thinks in system diagrams, SLAs, concurrency limits, and total cost of ownership. Needs governance that survives procurement.

E

Elena

The Administrative Systems Coordinator

Zero AI experience, maximum operational efficiency

An experienced operations coordinator who keeps the business running. Expert with Excel and shared drives, but completely new to AI. Does not care how the technology works. Only cares if it saves time without creating errors.

D

David

The Operations-Focused CEO

Single-pane visibility in 5-minute decision windows

A results-driven CEO who leads multi-disciplinary teams. Does not write code. Needs to know what his people are doing, where bottlenecks exist, and how resources are being allocated. Has 5 to 10 minutes between meetings.

V

Vikram

The Pragmatic Senior Staff Engineer

AI as a strictly bounded accelerator, not a decision-maker

A veteran software architect with 15+ years of production experience. Views AI tools through an engineering lens: as hyper-fast junior developers that need tight boundaries, static analysis, and rigorous test coverage.

T

Thomas

The Strategic CTO

AI as a strategic lever with governance and ROI

The CTO responsible for entire technology architecture and digital roadmap. Balances innovation with business risk, security, and financial reality. Evaluates AI by asking: does this reduce risk, lower costs, or increase product value?
